How to make a strawberry fruit smoothie!
Strawberry fruit smoothies are one of the healthiest types of fruits that you can eat. Not only do they have some of the most enriching vitamins in them, but they also help to combat cholesterol.
Strawberry fruit smoothies are often seen as the more "elegant" or "luxurious" smoothie simply because of its rich pink color, giving it a stately and elegant feel.
To make a strawberry fruit smoothie, all you need is:
250 grams of strawberries, 250ml of plain yogurt, 150ml of skimmed milk and eight ice cubes.
When you've got all your strawberry smoothie ingredients, all you need to do then is to prepare the strawberry fruit smoothie and blend!
To do this, simply take the strawberries and remove all the stalks. After this, take your 250ml of yogurt and 150ml of skimmed milk and pour them into the blender or smoothie maker followed by your strawberries and then ice cubes.
After all the ingredients have been blended to the consistency you want, simply pour into one or several glasses depending on how many people want a strawberry fruit smoothie, and drink away!
