How to make a pear fruit smoothie!
Pear fruit smoothies are full of soluble fibre and vitamin C to keep your body in tip top condition.
To make this wonderful drink, all you need is:
A 1 inch chunk of fresh root ginger , two pears, two oranges and 1 banana.
When you've got all your pear smoothie ingredients, all you need to do then is to prepare the pear fruit smoothie!
To do this, simply chop up the pear into small pieces and place them into the juicer after the root ginger. Take the skin off the oranges before doing the same with them. Chop the banana in half and remove the skin and then add to the blender.
This is followed by adding the juice you have just made. After all the ingredients have been blended to the consistency you want, simply pour into one or several glasses depending on how many people want a pear fruit smoothie, and drink up!
