How to make a mango fruit smoothie!

To make a mango fruit smoothie, all you need is:

A single large ripe mango , 250ml of plain yogurt, 150ml of skimmed milk and eight ice cubes.

When you've got all your mango smoothie ingredients, all you need to do then is to prepare the mango fruit smoothie and blend!

To do this, simply take the mango and cut in half. With the half of the mango, simply cut horizontal and vertical slices which do not penetrate the skin. After you have done this, turn the skin inside out and remove the equal sized chunks from the skin. Then, take your 250ml of yogurt and 150ml of skimmed milk and pour them into the blender or smoothie maker followed by your mango chunks and then the ice cubes.

After all the ingredients have been blended to the consistency you want, simply pour into one or several glasses depending on how many people want a mango fruit smoothie, and drink away!
