How to make a fruit & coconut fruit smoothie!
Fruit & Coconut fruit smoothies are full of tasty fruit and lovely vitamins to help your body through the day!
To make this wonderful drink, all you need is:
A ripe lime , half a pineapple, 150ml of coconut milk and 250g of strawberries.
When you've got all your fruit & coconut smoothie ingredients, all you need to do then is to prepare the fruit & coconut fruit smoothie!
To do this, simply remove the skin from the lime, cut into small enough pieces to fit in the juicer and do the same for the pineapple. Now place all the chunks of lime and pineapple into the juicer.
This is followed by adding the milk, strawberries, pineapple & lime juice you prepared earlier to the blender.
After all the ingredients have been blended to the consistency you want, simply pour into one or several glasses depending on how many people want a fruit & coconut fruit smoothie, and drink up!
