All you need is:

A single ripe banana, 150ml of plain yogurt, a single tablespoon of honey and eight ice cubes.

When you've got all your banana smoothie ingredients, all you need to do then is to prepare the banana fruit smoothie!

To do this, simply take the banana and chop it into quarters. After this, take your 150ml of yogurt and pour it into the blender or smoothie maker followed by your banana, ice cubes and honey.
